Sorry but a really random question here
Ive just cooked myself a massive spagghetti bolognase and was planning to take some bzp later. But when i was cooking the mince i noticed it smelled a little wierd, like a BO'ish kind of smell, not much though, only slightly noticeable. The mince was frozen and i dont know how long its been in the freezer for. Anyways i ate it and now (about an hour after) i feel slightly wierd, maybe its just placebo but it might be real.
So my question is how can you tell if mince meat has gone off? I know that if it smells like vingerish and has gone brown then its off. But mine was frozen so it was hard to tell.
Anyone got any ideas? I dont really want to take bzp if im gonna have a dodgy stomach later
